Proposal Procedure
Upon receipt of a grant proposal it is processed and scheduled for the next available meeting of the Preliminary Review Committee. This committee meets monthly.

It is the responsibility of the Preliminary Review Committee, comprised of Trustees of the foundation, to determine if the proposal will be passed on for review by the full Board of Trustees.  The annual meeting schedule for the full Board of Trustees is determined by the full Board.

The Chatlos Foundation, Inc. is a private, philanthropic foundation and does not solicit or accept donations from the general public.
